Once your order is received, our team—under the guidance of Lady Soraya—begins a personalized process to assess your situation and create a plan that aligns with your emotional goals. This process typically involves:

Your fulfillment process begins within 24 hours of receiving your completed intake form. If we require additional information to move forward, you will be contacted directly by our support team.




2. Nature of Services


All services are intended for personal development, emotional support, and entertainment purposes. They are not medical, legal, financial, or psychiatric advice, nor are they intended to replace professional services in those areas. Our focus is on emotional empowerment, relationship clarity, and intuitive coaching.


Clients must be 18 years of age or older to use our services.




3. Results Disclaimer


Individual outcomes will vary depending on your unique circumstances, emotional readiness, and commitment to the guidance provided. While many clients report meaningful shifts in their relationships and inner confidence, we make no guarantees regarding results or timelines. Emotional transformation is a personal process, and we honor each journey.




4. Refund Policy


We offer a 30-day satisfaction review period for all one-on-one guidance services. Because our work is highly customized and time-intensive, refunds are only available under specific, fair-use conditions outlined below.


✅ You may be eligible for a refund if:


You followed all provided guidance to the best of your ability, including emotional practices, mindset shifts, and communication steps. You maintained regular communication with us, updating us on your progress so we could adapt our support if needed.After 30 days of active engagement, no emotional or situational shifts have occurred, and you can demonstrate that you sincerely applied the practices provided.


❌ Refunds will not be granted if:


You purchased a service and did not engage or update us on your situation. You ignored or refused the guidance offered and then claimed the process was ineffective. You experience emotional resistance or distancing from your partner—this is often part of the reconnection journey, as internal walls begin to shift. You change your mind after purchase or had unrealistic expectations of instant or dramatic results.
